He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rayford Linville Whitley and Margaret Elizabeth Adkins Whitley; his wife Jan Northup Whitley; his daughter Rayma Stover (Mike) of Lexington; his grandchildren, Whitley Martin (Hunter) and Autumn Ray Stover (Zach Michael); his great grandchildren, Raelyn Martin and Kase Martin; and his sisters, Melinda Saintsing (Wyatte) of Thomasville and Teresa Isley (Mitch) of Durham.
