With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael Edward Booth of Winston Salem, North Carolina, who passed away on November 6, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Len Booth and Francis Taylor Booth; his sisters, Carol Pruitt and Brenda Craddock; his stepdaughter Lori Nelson; and his son-in-law Delane Gordon.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Silver Booth of Winston-Salem; his stepson John Rothrock (Tammie Perry) of Reidsville; his children, Mark Booth of Eden, Teresa Booth of Eden, Cheri Davis (Jesse) of Reidsville, Michah Gordon of Bassett, VA and Shayna Williard (Jason) of Graham; and his siblings, Len Booth (Debbie) of Eden and Rhonda Lemons of Reidsville.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Fair Funeral Home Chapel (490 Oak Summit Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27105). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at the Overlook Cemetery (700 Bryant St, Eden, NC 27288).
