He was predeceased by: his parents, Len Booth and Francis Taylor Booth; his sisters, Carol Pruitt and Brenda Craddock; his stepdaughter Lori Nelson; and his son-in-law Delane Gordon.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Silver Booth of Winston-Salem; his stepson John Rothrock (Tammie Perry) of Reidsville; his children, Mark Booth of Eden, Teresa Booth of Eden, Cheri Davis (Jesse) of Reidsville, Michah Gordon of Bassett, VA and Shayna Williard (Jason) of Graham; and his siblings, Len Booth (Debbie) of Eden and Rhonda Lemons of Reidsville.
