We bid farewell to Michael Alan Hoyng (Winston Salem, North Carolina), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 19, 2025 at the age of 77. Michael Alan touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Laverne Henry (Frank) and Adelaide Felts Hoyng; and his wife Katy Bray Hoyng. He is survived by: his stepsons, Chuck (Julie) and Dan (Jill); his grandchildren, Danielle Todd (Ryan), Brandon Estes (Ally), Gabriel, Rachel Estes, Haley, Hannah Harnichar-Estes and Mikeal Lowery-Estes; and his siblings, Dianne Mears (Jim), Mary Martin (Tom), Sandy Mikesell (David) and Jim Hoyng (Allyson).
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Reynolda Church (2200 Reynolda Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27106). A burial will be held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the Oakdale Cemetery (1500 N Main St, Mt Airy, NC 27030).
