He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Kreiser and Isabelle Kreiser (Pitzen); his wife Elizabeth Kreiser (Butler); and his brother-in-law Kenneth Runde. He is survived by: his children, Sharon Long, Merlin "Mert" Kreiser, Jr. (Claire Giffin) and Philip Kreiser (Monica Harris); his grandchildren, Jonathan Kreiser, Jordan Kreiser, Maeghan Harris and Madison Harris; and his sister Ruth Ann Runde.
