He is survived by: his children, Kerry Neal, Nathaniel Sheff and Rahshaun Davis; his brother Michael T. Sheff; his nephew Michael; his nieces, Sylvia and Karolyn; and his cousins, Ronnie Sheff, Bonnie Sheff Booker, Robin Sheff and Lisa Michelle Sheff. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, close friends, other relatives, and friends.
