It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maurice Lindsay Yokley of Winston Salem, North Carolina, who passed away on April 16, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Yokley and Virginia Weavil Yokley; and his brother Roger Yokley. He is survived by: his wife Janice Taylor Yokley; his children, Christopher Yokley of Winston-Salem and Mary Anne Yokley Gaster (Marshall) of Winston-Salem; his grandchildren, Catie, Jordan Yokley, Lindsay and Liam Gaster; his stepgrandchildren, Trevor Haskins and Olivia Gaster; his siblings, Debbie Cox of Fountain Inn, SC, Michael Yokley (Robin) of Winston-Salem and Mahlon Yokley (Sharron) of Winston-Salem; and his nephew Jose.
