Martha Louise Meadows Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 25, 2025, at the age of 87, Martha Louise Meadows (Winston Salem, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Martha is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Martha's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Griffin and Alma Watson Griffin of Kernersville; her husband Davis Meadows; and her brother Tommy Griffin. She is survived by: her children, Shelia Key (Brian) of Mt. Airy, Hope Meadows Day of Welcome and Sam Meadows of Winston-Salem; and her grandchildren, Sarah Buffaloe (Justin) of Clemmons and Jacob Key of Mt. Airy.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:45 PM at the Jc Green & Sons Funeral Home (10301 NC-109, Winston-Salem, NC 27107). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family request memorial gifts be directed to the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home, 945 Zephyr Road, Dobson, NC 27017 or to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 6704, Hagerstown, MD 21741.
