It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha Gale Melvin of Winston Salem, North Carolina, who passed away on November 24, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Emily Neese-Babcock (John) of Winston Salem, John Carroll Neese (Maggie) of Summerfield, Eden Gale Melvin of Greensboro and Robert Hampton Melvin of Greensboro; and her caregivers, Forsyth Hospital, Beacon Place and Martha. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
