She is survived by: her brother Bob Evans; her daughters, Robin (Jim) and April (Richard); her grandchildren, James, Taylor Berrier, Jacob, Caitlin Albright, Paige Berrier and Blake Albright; and her caregivers, Martha, Terri, Allison, Tira, Matilda and Charlene.
