He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Allen Kearns and Mary Hennis Kearns. He is survived by: his children, Wade Kearns of Kernersville and Hannah Willard (Andrew) of Tobaccoville; his former wife Donna Trent Kearns of Kernersville; and his siblings, Johnny Kearns (Karen) of Winston-Salem, Charlie Kearns (Tracy) of Kernersville, Clark Kearns (Judy) of Denver and Rosie Brady (Tony) of Thomasville. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Parkview Church of God (3263 Kernersville Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27107). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the family to help offset funeral expenses.
