He is survived by: his mother Brenda Lewis; his stepfather James Cox (Cindy); his siblings, Christopher Cox and Amanda Cox; his stepsiblings, James Cox, Shelby Howard, Cynthia Wolfe, Shannon Stark, Tabby Cupples, Sandra Mauaer (Robert) and Debbie Perez (Manny); his grandmother Barbara Wolfe; his uncles, Jerry Cox and Randy Parrish; his cousins, Barbara Church and Greg Parrish; his aunt Wendy Turner; and his close friends, Lloyd Mcneil, Mike Dodd, Amber Freeman, Mack Jenkins and Hannah Anderson. He is also survived by his grandma's dogs and cats; as well as numerous nephews; nieces; and friends.
