She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Garvey; and her siblings, Donald, Richard and Janet. She is survived by: her children, Ellen Garvey (Gerry Kane), Ruth Garvey-Nix (Larry Nix), Anne Garvey, Janet Garvey and Paul Garvey; and her grandchildren, Caitlin, Ruth Moffatt, Eric (Anya Iskandarian), Kate, Tyler Weiss, Jordan Wood (Eric) and Renee Garvey.
