She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Hanes, and Evelyn Jeffreys Hanes, Sr.; her siblings, Frank Jr., Eloise, Edward, Wesley, Andrew and Eugene Hanes; her sister-in-law Linda Hanes; her niece Sandra Hampton (Willie); and her nephew Joseph Pennington.
She is survived by: her grandson Joseph.
The family desires that donations be forwarded to the church in lieu of flowers.
