Lois Maxine Vipperman Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lois Maxine Vipperman of Winston Salem, North Carolina, who passed away on July 31, 2022 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Weaver Edwards and Ruby Edwards; her former husbands, Benjamin Franklin Dowell, Sr. and Johnny Vipperman; and her siblings, Alma Whitman, Robert Edwards and James Edwards.
She is survived by: her husband Eugene Edward Kennedy of King, NC; her son Benjamin F. Dowell, Jr. (Ruth Sidden Dowell); her grandchildren, Lois Eileene Dowell and Benjamin F. Dowell, III; and her brother Billy Ray Edwards (Kaye Edwards).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Marshall Baptist Church, 5739 Old Rural Hall Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27105 and/or Trellis Supportive of Walnut Cove, 810 S. Main Street, Walnut Cove, NC 27052.
