He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Maxcy and Aeleen Maxcy; and his brother Phillip Maxcy. He is survived by: his wife Terri Maxcy; his daughters, Kasey Odom (Mike) of Omaha and Abby Gardner (Danny) of Waxhaw; his grandchildren, Max Odom, Tate Odom, Remi Ann Odom, Hailey Gardner, Peyton Gardner and Mason Gardner; his siblings, David Maxcy (Dianne), Jeff Maxcy and Wanda Maxcy; and his siblings-in-law, Debbie and Freddie Largen. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the First Alliance Church (1370 Arnold Rd, Lexington, NC 27295). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the First Alliance Church of Lexington (1370 Arnold Rd, Lexington, NC 27295).
