He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Boger and Dora Boger; his wife Helen Billings Boger; and his siblings, Irving Boger, Samuel Boger and Eva Lee Nicks.
He is survived by: his children, Debi Daniels (Ernest, Jr.) of Winston-Salem and Randy Boger (Robin) of Rural Hall, NC; and his grandchildren, Ryan Daniels, Jake Boger and Gracie Boger.
