She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Hemric and Jettie Hemric; her siblings, Paul, Raymond Hemric, Doris Fine, Betty Solomon, Mattie Lee Taylor, Ruth Oregar and Shirley Winters; her nephew Michael Solomon (Teressa); and her nieces, Donna Clinard and Sharon Pritchett.
She is survived by: her son Darryl Boston. She is also survived by nephews, their children and grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Silas Creek Chapel - Hayworth-Miller Funeral Homes & Crematory (3315 Silas Creek Pkwy, Winston-Salem, NC 27103).
