He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Billings and Mary Snow Billings; and his brothers, R. J. Billings and Leo Billings. He is survived by: his wife Glenna Anderson Billings; his daughter Kimberly Billings Crotts (Brent Crotts) of Archdale; his brother Donald R. Billings (Rhoda B. Billings) of Lewisville; his brother-in-law Bobby Locke of Winston-Salem; and his pets, Sasha and Bella. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
