He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Alfreta Thomas; his sons, Michael, Kenneth II and Jeffrey; his grandchildren, Mike Jr., Daniel, Vance, Joshua and Veronica; and his great grandchild Kasir. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Zion Memorial Baptist Church (101 N Dunleith Ave, Winston-Salem, NC 27101).
