It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Conrad McKaughn of Winston Salem, North Carolina, who passed away on November 25, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father John Harrison McKaughn; his sister Rebecca Shepherd; and his son-in-law Richard Renegar. He is survived by: his children, Kenzie McKaughn Cook, Tracy Renegar and James Gregory McKaughn; his grandchildren, Brandy Martin (Nick), Kyle Renegar (Taylor), Mason Cook, Logan Cook and Ella Grace Cook; and his great grandchildren, Briggs Martin, Brody Renegar and Macy Renegar.
