He is survived by: his wife Freida Lundy Johnson; his children, Karen Chesson of Lewisville, NC and Jeff Johnson (Denise) of Catawba, NC; his grandchildren, Jennifer Alcon (Cory) of Lexington, NC, Jessica Munger (Eric) of Winston-Salem, NC, James Porterfield (Christine) of Lewisville, NC and Jared Johnson of Lexington, NC; and his great grandchildren, Damien Smith of Lewisville, NC, Michaela Porterfield of Lewisville, NC, Brooks Marshall Alcon and Henry Aaron Alcon of Lexington, NC. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
