He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Posie Myers of Winston-Salem, NC and Fern Crandall Kelly of Roswell; and his aunt Louise Myers Allen of Winston-Salem, NC.. He is survived by: his uncle Jim Kelley of Rankin, TX; his parents, Brenda Myers Kelly and Richard David Kelly (Cynthia Blair); his son Samuel David Kelly; his stepdaughter Madi Sparks; his siblings, Claudia Kelly, Holly Gassen (Steve) and Will Kelly (Allison); and his nieces and nephews, Charles, Kaley Gassen, Luke and Reese Kelly. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
