She is survived by: her sons, Mike Koontz (Wendy) of Cooleemee, Keith Kontz (Robyn) of Mocksville and Chuck Koontz (Tracy) of Lexington; and her grandchildren, Ian, Rylan and Kaitlyn. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the J. C. Green Funeral Home (10301 NC-109, Winston-Salem, NC 27107). A memorial service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Jc Green & Sons Funeral Home (10301 NC-109, Winston-Salem, NC 27107).
