She is survived by: her husband John W. Middleton; her daughter Angie M. Rhyne (Jeff); her grandchildren, Andrew F. McBryde, Ashley R. Hayes (Matt) and Allison L. Fishburne; her great grandchildren, Russell and Graham Hayes; and her sisters, Susan Troutwine and Dottie Nixa.
