It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joy Keller Phipps of Winston Salem, North Carolina, born in Marion, North Carolina, who passed away on December 26, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Roy Dixon Keller and Lillian Mae Odom Keller. She is survived by: her children, Harold Phipps of Winston-Salem, Amy Phipps Smith (Tim) of Tracy, CA and Michael Phipps of Winston-Salem; her grandson Silas Lindsey of Winston-Salem; her brother Paul Keller (Marguerite) of Salisbury; and her nephews, Joseph Keller of Salisbury and Daniel Keller (Christian) of Garner.
