We bid farewell to Joseph Sebring Jones of Winston Salem, North Carolina, born in Brookneal, Virginia, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 25, 2025 at the age of 91. Joseph touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Jones and Dorothy Ripplemeyer Jones; and his siblings, Dot Hall, John Jones, Rita Wilson and Harry Jones.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Jones; his children, Lynne Sullivan of Winston-Salem, Denise Arnold (Carl) of Mooresville, NC, Gary Jones of Winston-Salem, Jay Jones (Elisa) of San Diego, CA and Jan Mendenhall (Bryan) of Clemmons, NC; his grandchildren, Erica Piner (Stockton), Chris Parsons (Rhiannon), Zach Jones, Alexis Macemore (Luke), Nick Mandragona and Luke Jones; and his great grandchildren, Lillian, Holden, Hallie, Wren and Kampbell.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Salem Funeral and Cremation Services - Reynolda Rd (2951 Reynolda Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27106). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
