He is survived by: his parents, Luis Guillermo Rivera Tricoche and Carmen Julia Velazquez Colon; his wife Ana Jeannette Perez of Rivera; his daughters, Yessica Rivera Maldonado, Yvette Rodriguez, Johana L. Colon, Jannerys I. Colon, Suzzette M. Rivera-Williams and Cartier W. Rivera; and his siblings, Luis A. Rivera Velazquez and Lydia Rivera Velazquez.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Funeral Roberts Funeral Service (3001 Old Greensboro Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27101).
