Van Zandt III (Jack), Joy of Winston-Salem, NC, Sally, Turk, Stephen of Providence, RI, Richard N. Van Zandt (Dick), Karen (Easton), Keith B. Van Zandt and Dede of Winston-Salem, NC.. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
His contributions to his family and community were many.
