John Marvin Curlee Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 19, 2024, at the age of 95, John Marvin Curlee (Winston Salem, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though John Marvin may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those John Marvin touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Thomas and Ola Livingston Curlee; and his wife Peggy Best Curlee. He is survived by: his children, David B. Curlee of Winston-Salem and Jane Curlee Nichols (Kris) of Pooler, GA; and his granddaughters, Tori Hart (Michael Pia) of London, UK and Ali Hart of New York City. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Smith Saal Chapel (190 Moravian Way Dr, Winston-Salem, NC 27106).
