He is survived by: his wife Joyce Armstrong Andrews; his children, Mary Byrd (Anthony), Georgia Morgan (Ray) and John Louis Andrews Jr.; and his brothers, Chick Andrews (Lynn) and Daniel Andrews (Song). He is also survived by five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
