He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Passmore and Elizabeth Bewick Passmore; his former wife Carolyn Ann Ruthinoski Passmore; and his brother Robert Passmore. He is survived by: his wife Beth Faircloth Passmore; his children, John Robert "Jay" Passmore (Jennifer), Kathleen Passmore Chenoweth (J. Christopher) and David Charles Passmore (Kristy); his stepchildren, Erin Wallen (Steven) and Matthew Angel (Debbie); his grandchildren, Megan Chenoweth of Paige Chenoweth, J. R, Trevor Passmore, Cole Passmore, Sarah Angel, Charley Wallen, Charlotte Angel and Barrett Wallen; his cousin Paul Lozier (Jan); and his siblings-in-law, Robert Ruthinoski and Nancy F. Doub.
