She was predeceased by: her parents, John D. Pardue and Cornelia Messick Pardue; and her husband Clyde Cromer. She is survived by: her children, Jason Cromer (Connie) and Sharon Cooke (Brent); her grandchildren, Nick Cromer (Jessica), Taylor Cromer (Taylor Hill), Matt Cooke and Eric Cooke; and her siblings, Johnny Pardue (Glenda), Betty Milholand and Nancy James (William). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Trellis Supportive Care, 101 Hospice Lane, Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
