With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry Bervard Lewis (Winston Salem, North Carolina), who passed away on February 13, 2021 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Lewis and Mozelle Lewis; and his former wife Janet W. Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Tammy P. Lewis; his son Michael P. Lewis; his daughter-in-law Margery R. Lewis; his granddaughters, Olivia R. Lewis and Morgan E. Lewis; and his brother Dennis A. Lewis.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Forsyth County Firefighters Association or Oak Grove Moravian Church.
