It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Pruitt of Winston Salem, North Carolina, who passed away on October 21, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Percy Lee Yates and Lois Burns Yates; her husband Thomas B. Pruitt, Jr.; and her children, Dru Ellen P. Brown, Marshal Pruitt (SuEllen) and Darren Pruitt (Susan). She was also cherished by five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
