She was predeceased by: her parents, Henderson Odell Pruitt and Margaret Sams Pruitt; her husband Stephen Wayne O'Ferrell; and her brother Carl Odell Pruitt. She is survived by: her sons, Jason O'Ferrell (Jennifer) of Winston-Salem, NC and Chris O'Ferrell (Elizabeth) of Kernersville, NC; her grandchildren, Jameson, Jayden, Madison, Jillian and Carson; her brother Keith Pruitt (Denise); her siblings-in-law, Glenn D. "Rick" O'Ferrell, Kara Weatherman and Dianna Pruitt; and her friend Carol Walker. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
