He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Whitley and Blannie Whitley of Woodland, NC; and his brother Tommy of Virginia Beach, VA.. He is survived by: his wife Kay; his children, Michele (TW) of Winston Salem, NC and Randy (Lisa) of Nashville, TN; his grandchildren, Joshua Bailey (Rebekah), Joseph Bailey (Sarah) and Hannah Whitley; and his great grandchild Griffin Bailey.
