He was predeceased by: his parents, James Odell Duncan and Hazel Capps Duncan; and his wife Julie Coe Duncan. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Duncan of Walnut Cove, Tony Duncan (Amy) of Walnut Cove, Marla Moser (Ikey) of Kernersville and Matt Duncan of Lewisville; his grandchildren, Brittney, Allen, Kristen, Lindsey and Lauren; his sister Joyce Hill of Elizabeth City; and his nieces and nephews, Leslie and Jamie. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
