He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie James and Rosa Bell Fulwood; and his siblings, Rosa Mae, Mildred Fulwood, Leroy, Jefferey and Earl Fulwood.

He is survived by: his wife Hattie Fulwood; his children, Fayelene Fulwood, Demetris Fulwood and Greg Horne (Catherine); his great grandchildren, Zaree and Zamari; his siblings, Marvin Fulwood, Robinson Fulwood (Janice), Carlotta Miller (Keith) and Sarah Fulwood Beasley; and his siblings-in-law, Harold Easter, Leroy Easter, Tommie Easter (Ann) and Juanita Easter. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins and beloved friends.
