James Dalton Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 17, 2021, at the age of 88, James Dalton of Winston Salem, North Carolina passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James Dalton to pay them a last tribute.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ernest Dalton and Inez Dalton; his children, James Calvin Dalton (Tanya) of Stafford, VA, Pamela Hairston (Charles) of Winston-Salem, NC and Wendy D. Buie (Earl) of Virginia Beach, VA; his siblings, Lillie Clark of Winston-Salem, N. C. and Senator Robert Lee Dalton (Lovie) of Baltimore, MD; his grandchildren, Toya Coleman (Terrell), Ciji Wright (Tony), Jason Dalton (Shauna), Justin Hairston and Qynton Buie; his wife Lettie T. Dalton; and his sisters, Ernestine Broadnax and Willie Mae Anthony. He was also cherished by seven great- grandchildren; and a host of loving nieces, nephews and cousins.

Due to coronavirus concerns, the graveside service is private.
