With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Bullard Jr. (Winston Salem, North Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 8, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Young Bullard; his daughter Lori Moeller; and his sister Emma Jane Cleney. He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Bullard (Liz) of Winston-Salem and Siena Johnson (Bill) of Winston-Salem; his sister Janet K. Butner (Eddie) of Lexington; and his stepchildren, Kenneth Gardner (Wanda), Bobby Gardner (Kathy), Kathy Stewart (Tim) and Pam Anderson.
