He was predeceased by: his father Isaac Hester Baity Sr.; and his sisters, Helen Clark, Hazel Kapp and Mary Lee Jones. He is survived by: his wife Debra S. Baity; his children, Donna Baity Simonds and Stephen Hester Baity (Cheryl) of Lexington; and his grandchildren, Grant Simonds and Faith Baity.
