With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Irvin David Booe Jr. (Winston Salem, North Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 15, 2024 at the age of 86. Though Irvin David may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Irvin David touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carol; his daughter Patricia Bohannon (Dennis); his grandchildren, Theresa Mabe (Seth) and Derrick Bohannon (Wendy); his great grandchildren, Sam Mabe and Payten Bohannon; and his siblings, Evelyn Hayes, Cheryl Hodges and Eddie Booe.
