She is survived by: her son James R. Lewis, Jr. (Sheila); her grandson Hunter James Lewis; her sister Patricia Szmuriga (Arthur); her nieces, Julie Pearce, Jamie Ayscue and Mary Rainey Arritt; her nephew Scott Szmuriga; and her sister-in-law Kathryn Lewis Rainey.
