He was predeceased by: his mother Vickie J. Rivers; his grandparents, Everine, Charlie Ray Rivers, Tom and Elizabeth Fowler; his sister Elizabeth Fowler; and his uncle Harold R. Rivers.
He is survived by: his father Hubert Bernard Fowler; his siblings, Jose Rivers of Charlotte, NC, Alisha Rivers of Charlotte, NC and William Rivers of Winston-Salem, NC; and his aunts and uncles, George Fowler, Harvey Fowler, Gwen Morris, Hilda Roberts, Sarah Cunningham and Gloria Pruitt. He is also survived by nieces nephews, other relatives and devoted friends.
