Allen of Winston Salem, NC, Carl A. Allen of Washington, DC and Charles E. Allen (JoAnn) of Winston Salem, NC; his nephew Christopher A. Allen; his niece Tiffany A. Richardson; and his friends, Zina L. Johnson and Julius Walker. He is also survived by other relatives and many, many friends.
