She was predeceased by: her parents, Jakob Pauli and Klara Pauli; her husband Gene; her siblings, Edith and Horst; and her sisters-in-law, Linda and Shirley.
She is survived by: her sons, Raymond Cook (Gwynne) of Raleigh and Mark Cook (Dawn) of Charlotte; and her grandchildren, Abigail, Ashley, Valerie, Miranda and Vander Cook.
