Herman Phelps Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Herman Phelps of Winston Salem, North Carolina, who passed away on December 17, 2020 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Samuel Phelps and Beulah Phelps; his wife Jo Ann Phelps; his daughter Shirley Phelps Hutchings; his sister Lavelle Phelps Whicker; his daughter Peggy Crater (Jeff); his granddaughters, Emily (Spencer) and Elizabeth (William); his niece Laurie; his nephews, Steve, Randy, Tim, Jimmy, Matt, Richard, Chad and Tony; his siblings-in-law, John and Gay Briggs; his friend Dawn Pfaff; and also Tina Craig.
Social distancing and mask guidelines will apply.
