He is survived by: his wife Gaye Nell Bates Woodall; his sons, Jeffrey Foy Woodall (Krissy) and Joseph Samuel Woodall (Amy); his grandchildren, Nora Pearl, Carter Samuel and Conor Joseph Woodall; his nieces and nephews, Wesley T. Woodall, Kimberly Woodall Bauer, Amy B. Woodall, Basil T. "Woody" Woodall III and Emily Woodall Estrada; his sister-in-law Paula C. Woodall; his cousin Mary Marinda Clark; and also Christy Clark.
