With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hazel Byrd (Winston Salem, North Carolina), who passed away on August 3, 2019 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Moyer Garfield and Mary Carden Aaron; her children, Richard Lee, Mary Lou, Charles and Tommy; and her siblings, Velner Smith, Jimmy and Buck Aaron.
She is survived by: her children, Donald Ray Byrd (Marcia) and Ann Byrd. She is also survived by five grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Trellis Supportive Care at 101 Hospice Lane, Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
