He is survived by: his children, Sophia, Tamarian "Tam" and Haywood "Jamont" McIntyre; his grandchildren, Isaiah, Isaac, Tyreke, TaMya, Tre'Shawn, Janiyah McIntyre and Jocelyn Mayfield; his great grandchildren, Hendrix of Winston Salem and Khamari McIntyre of Winston Salem; and his sister Lena M. McIntyre. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other cousins.
